The complete renovation of the new Zermatterhof Spa was finished in December 2025. The renovation, which took eight months, cost CHF 1 million. The spa facilities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, and treatment rooms.

The popular restaurant at the Blauherd station is now called Blauhärd 2581. The new owners, Nadine and Pascal, run the business under the motto ‘A breath of fresh air at 2581 meters’.
